AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

PROGRAM INCLUDES:

• One regular or full photoshoot (see below for session details)

• Ambassador Welcome Day session with all ambassadors (receive your choice of 2 photos. Also includes your choice of a professional portrait/headshot that can be used for your social media profile, on the SJP website, and also for your own personal projects, auditions, and national competitions)

• First to receive invites to any general mini sessions at a 50% discount throughout the year (Sept 1, 2024-Aug 31, 2025)

• Ambassador team photoshoot

• Potentially called upon for model calls based on skills and abilities (receive your choice of 2 photos from any additional call-in photoshoots in high-resolution - additional may be purchased)

• SJP gear (crewneck sweatshirt and t-shirt)

• Your own referral code. After 4 referrals made, receive a free regular photoshoot.

• Featured in our ambassador section of the website

• 40% off all other regular or full photoshoots

• Bonus for the entire family: 10% discount off of any SJP photo session (family, headshot, portrait, business, graduation, etc.)

OUT-OF-TOWN AMBASSADORS:

(IN ADDITION TO ABOVE)

• Initial photoshoot can be scheduled in Sterling, VA or out of town based on availability

• Ambassador Welcome Day session attendance is not mandatory but would be greatly appreciated!

• Additional mini photoshoot provided for those traveling to the Sterling, VA studio.

• Invitation to any mini sessions that may be scheduled close to your area during the 2024-2025 season

• Must be willing to travel to SJP for any other offered or call-in shoots taking place in Virginia and surrounding areas

Ambassador Role

• Represent the SJP brand and promote on social media by posting/sharing images (recommended 1-2 times per month)

• List SJP Ambassador title in profile bio

• Always give photo credit and tag us in your posts

• Keep posts on profile for length of season

• Share tagged posts, accept collaborations, and share SJP announcement posts

• You are permitted to work with other photographers but keep sharing/promotion exclusive to SJP

• Permitted to be brand ambassador for other companies (except for other photographers)

• Must represent SJP professionally

• Must follow SJP on Instagram (@stephaniejacksonphoto)

PROGRAM FEE

Monthly payments plan available to those who qualify 

$395+TAX

Initial FULL photoshoot includes:

In-studio or outdoor (dancers choice)

Up to 2 hours shoot time

10-20 edited photos

Unlimited outfits

Unlimited posing

• Dancer must be at least 11 years old as of Sept 1st to apply to program 

• 1-year signed contract required (by parent/guardian for dancers under age 18)

• Ambassador Program will run for one full year (12 months)

5 ambassadors will be chosen

Applications open from June 1st - July 1st

Applicants who are selected will be contacted by July 14th

• Contract and payment link will be sent to those selected. Payment must be completed within 3 days or candidate with forfeit their place.      

 Acceptance/payment due July 21st

Program begins Sept 1st

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

ALL APPLICANTS:

- Must tag @stephaniejacksonphoto in a short video on your social media doing what you do best. We would like to see your level of talent in your style of dance/sport.

-Must be following SJP on Instagram and/or Facebook (both if you have them)

-Must be 11 years or older and have parents permission if under the age of 18.

-Must be comfortable taking direction for posing and love to be photographed.

-Are required to have a social media account. Accounts can be private and run by parents but must be active within the dance community.

-Are required post on your social media the images we produce from our shoots. Behind the scenes are also encouraged to be posted!

-Must not be an ambassador for another photographer. You may photograph with another, but it gets confusing if you are promoting someone else.

-Must agree to participate for the year of ambassadorship (Sept 1, 2024 -August 31, 2025) If you are a senior, you will get the opportunity to shoot through your senior year of high school and summer before college.

-Must have fun and enjoy a drama free environment, need to be willing to work with others and enjoy empowering your fellow dancer.
